The initial evaluation can take up to ninety minutes of time. The evaluation will address and identify the history of how the individual initially became dependent on the drug of abuse that he is taking and then the treatment episodes. The evaluation will include also some tests that are customized to the needs of the individual, including tests for depression, tests for anxiety, and if necessary a test for the identification of possible underlying psychotic symptoms.
